Affordable Homes for Surrey

Surrey County Council wants to develop new affordable housing on Council owned sites in Surrey, including Meadowside in Staines-upon-Thames.

The site, in Staines-upon-Thames, was previously occupied by a care home for older people.

The development will deliver up to 25 1-bed apartments for affordable rental.

The development will deliver against Surrey’s ambitions to become a Net Zero Carbon County.
